- All patients must wear a mask, if you do not have one please let the front desk know,
we will supply one for you. (Mask must be worn during whole visit.)
- Only patients are allowed in the office.
- No accompanying friends or family members, we are adhering to distancing measures.

- Coughing.
- Have a fever.
- Are experiencing FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS.
- PLEASE STAY 6 FEET AWAY FROM OTHERS.
- Do not shake hands.
- Avoid any additional physical contact.
- Keep mask on during MRI.
